Adrienne Y. Murphy, CMP, is a Certified Meeting Professional with 20+ years of event, meeting and travel management experience.  Much of which in the non-profit space during her time at the American Cancer Society, Inc.

When I originally founded Xclusively 4 U in the early 2000s, it began solely as an event planning company.  However, at that time between raising a family and an extraordinary commute to a full time job, the amount of time that I had to effectively run a business was limited and quite a daunting task. Therefore, I decided to delay my dream until a more ideal time in my life. Honesty, I didn't think revisiting my dream would happen until I was closer to retirement.  However, after losing my job in May of 2020 due to the pandemic, I took that opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills by obtaining several certifications. This included the rigorous task of getting my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential. During this time I also obtained hands on experience working with independent planners, that collectively had many years of experience working in the virtual space.  After experiencing the joy of freelancing during the pandemic, I decided that it was time for me to step out on faith and restart my business. My primary focus and goal is to provide support to independent planners for their virtual, onsite and hybrid meetings and events utilizing a combination of all of the experiences that I have working in the industry.
